Objective: To characterize patients diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma in a highly complex health institution in the metropolitan area of Medellín - Colombia. Methodology: Cross sectional, observational, descriptive and retrospective study, which included patients with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Information gathering was done by review of medical stories. The data obtained were recorded and analyzed in the IBM SPSS version 22 program. Results: 117 patients were collected, 51% were female. Of the total of patients, 42% had a diagnosis of classic lymphoma and 29% were diagnosed in stage II. Regarding imaging studies, the most commonly used diagnostic method was 86% computed tomography. 77% of the population had ambulatory follow-up while a mortality of 9% was found. Conclusion: The characterization of the population with this pathology in Medellín, Colombia, according to the literature, is presented without predisposition by sex, in people <40 years, being the most frequent type of lymphoma the classic with stage II; the diagnostic help that prevailed was a study with good performance such as computed tomography, which denotes a good diagnostic approach and follow-up to patients. Mortality found in the studied population in this institution was 9%, a value that is not considered negligible.
